How long have you worked at SDC?
I have worked at SDC since March 2021.
What do you do at SDC?
I am an Energy Auditor for the Weatherization Program.
What motivates you? Why do you do this work?
The fulfillment of helping individuals have a reduced energy bill and a safe home so it’s one less worry in their daily lives.
Describe a time when you felt like your work at SDC made a difference in someone’s life:
To be honest, I never knew that a program like this existed. I wished this program was available for all states so others can benefit. People are genuinely appreciative of what I do when I am at their resident. I have yet to encounter someone who wasn’t thrilled to have me make their home a better place to live.
Tell us something people don’t know about you:
I’ve been a RN for 3 years and a RNFA for 2 years and from North Carolina.
