Early Childhood Education Career Program

The Early Childhood Education Career Program empowers Milwaukee County residents with the resources to find their career pathway in Early Childhood Education. This program gives high-quality training to individuals 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, leading to in-demand and industry-recognized credentials in the field of Early Childhood Education. On-the-job training and nontraditional training opportunities move people along a career path to more advanced options. Upon completion, participants will have earned stackable credentials that can be transferred and be positioned to accept new job opportunities with partnering childcare sites.
