At SDC, we love to celebrate Milwaukee County residents who make a difference in our community. That’s why our Senior Services team went all out for National Senior Citizens Day. We honored local seniors with a creative drive-by!
National Senior Citizens Day recognizes older adults and their achievements. The day also provides an opportunity for us to say thanks. Our seniors mentor Milwaukee County youth through the Foster Grandparents Program. Senior Companions assist other Milwaukee County seniors who live at home and in need a little extra help to remain independent.
