The role of a manufacturing production technician is to ensure that a quality product is delivered quickly and according to safety, environmental, and health procedures and regulations. These individuals set up, start up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Age 18 and over
  • Milwaukee County Resident
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSED
  • Must have a permanent job (20 hours per week)
  • Income eligible

Certified Production Technician

Our program will provide an opportunity to:

  • Earn a certificate from the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC)

  • Earn College Credits

  • Increase your chances for career advancement
