How long have you worked at SDC?
I have been with SDC for 14 months.
What do you do at SDC?
I am the Youth & Family Services Supervisor.
What motivates you? Why do you do this work?
I love the atmosphere of the agency and those that I work with and I love the sense of accomplishment I feel working as a team to empower and help others reach their full potential.
Describe a time when you felt like your work at SDC made a difference in someone’s life.
When I was working with a young man who was enrolled in a program and just needed encouragement and motivation and he was successful and I was so proud of him. I often realize it’s not the big things but just the “little” wins that are always so great.
