How long have you worked at SDC?
I have worked at SDC for seven months.
What do you do at SDC?
I am a Program Assistant for SDC’s Career Services.
What motivates you? Why do you do this work?
My two biggest motivators are working together as a team and contributing toward something greater than myself. At SDC, I am constantly motivated by the highly collaborative environment. I am also motivated by SDC’s mission of empowering people with the resources to move beyond poverty.
Describe a time when you felt like your work at SDC made a difference in someone’s life:
When we have graduations for SDC’s Career Services programs, the clients speak so highly of their experiences. They say because of our support they are able to change their life for the better.
