How long have you worked at SDC?
I have been at SDC for 4 years going on 5 years.

What do you do at SDC?
As an Energy Auditor, my job is to inspect houses in Milwaukee for people with limited resources. I try to find ways to improve the client’s home to reduce the client’s energy bill. Some of my tasks include adding insulation to the house, model fridge for possible replacement, inspect heating equipment, and verify safe operations.

What motivates you? Why do you do this work?
I am motivated knowing that the program are making a difference. I love getting calls from happy clients stating they are seeing reductions in their WE energy bills.

Describe a time when you felt like your work at SDC made a difference in someone’s life:
A client showed me a WE energy bill of over $600, then called to tell me that they were now receiving bills just over $200.

Tell us something people don’t know about you:
Some people may not know that I am Hispanic.
