How long have you worked at SDC?
I have worked at SDC for one month.

What do you do at SDC?
As a Community Organizer, I conduct outreach and organize residents year-round, listening to, and addressing, the individual concerns of residents. I develop neighborhood-based initiatives, enhancing safety and positively impacting the community and improving overall quality of life for residents.

What motivates you? Why do you do this work?
What motivates me is making sure that the community’s needs are met. Helping people in their time of need.

Describe a time when you felt like your work at SDC made a difference in someone’s life:
Being able to provide resources and services to people who was not aware of the resources we offer. Being able to work with other community-based organizations as well as the residents to unite as a community.

Tell us something people don’t know about you:
I am an old soul.
