Through SDC’s Pathways to Homeownership program, homebuyers receive assistance with down payment and closing costs, education and certifications, and pre-approval status.

You must attend an info session to be able to start SDC’s Pathways to Homeownership Program. Register below. There is no cost to attend the info session. Walk-ins are welcome but limited due to capacity.
