Early Childhood Education Career Program

Overview

The Early Childhood Education Career Program empowers Milwaukee County residents with the resources to find their career pathway in Early Childhood Education. This program gives high-quality training to individuals 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, leading to in-demand and industry-recognized credentials in the field of Early Childhood Education. On-the-job training and nontraditional training opportunities move people along a career path to more advanced options. Upon completion, participants will have earned stackable credentials that can be transferred and be positioned to accept new job opportunities with partnering childcare sites.

Eligibility

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to participate in career pathways training in the field of Early Childhood Education.

  • Milwaukee County Resident
  • 18 Years of Age
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSED
  • Unemployed or Underemployed
