2-1-1 IMPACT is a central access point for residents in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee and Washington counties who need assistance with family, health and social services. This 24-hour central access point for information and referral is prevention and pre-crisis focused. Simply by dialing 2-1-1, callers can speak to Community Resource Specialists, professionals who are trained to help assess their situation and connect them to an agency that will respond to their needs.
