Did you know you can file a free federal and state return if your income in 2013 was $58,000 or less? Discover how easy it is to prepare your taxes for free.
The SDC VITA Program offers free tax preparation service to Milwaukee County residents if your annual income for last year was less than $56,000. Click on the link below for further details. During the 2013 tax season more than 15,400 tax returns were filed at no charge for local residents, which brought back more than $14.6-million in tax refunds and credits. The program will provide Milwaukee County residents with access to free tax preparation, access to banking, financial education, and other community resources.
