Chief Executive Officer 

George P. Hinton brings a wealth of leadership experience to the Social Development Commission.  He is a Strategic Executive with extensive experience leading people, building teams, improving and expanding programs and providing consultative services. Demonstrated success improving organization performance while establishing strong culture of partnerships. Strong knowledge of health care industry, medical education, policy, delivery, financing and community relations. Proven track record in strategic management, building organizational consensus and driving change to achieve organizational goals. Collaborative partner who excels at building relationships with all stakeholder groups.

Pamela Johnson
Director of Human Resources & Program Services

Pamela Johnson is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.  Pamela has effectively leveraged her knowledge and experience to help businesses successfully achieve strategic organizational objectives through human capital management solutions.  Pamela earned her Master’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in 2002.  She has also achieved national certification and designation in Human Resources by earning her SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) certification.


Patrice Harris
Director of Community Relations and Marketing

Patrice Harris is a public relations and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience. Patrice's previous experience includes leading marketing and public relations efforts for Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (Summerfest), communications and PR for the Wisconsin State Fair, and field marketing for Red Bull North America, Inc. Most recently she worked at Northwestern Mutual. Patrice earned her Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
