| Family Support Center 3025 W. Mitchell Street (53215) (414) 385-0854 Program Description The Family Support Center provides shelter for homeless families. The center’s EMERGENCY SHELTER offers relief for immediate needs like bedding, food and clothing. It also provides longer-term services such as case management, employment counseling, parenting, supportive services necessary to restore family stability, assistance in obtaining adequate permanent affordable housing so that families are able to transition back into the community. Eligibility Potential residents will be homeless, such as: single females with children, single males with children with proof of custody/primary placement documentation and married couples with children with a legal marriage license.
