7th Annual Milwaukee Fatherhood Summit

"Empowering Fathers to Create a Healthy Milwaukee" 

Event Purpose:  

The purpose of the annual, two-day event is to bring men together to discuss the issue of fatherlessness; identify solutions and resources; promote positive images of the father role and gather data to help address the many obstacles that prevent men from being involved.

Volunteers will assist in helping the fathers get the most out of the day by coaching them through understanding the challenges that exist and recommending the resources that are available on-site to address it.

Many vendors have been invited that focuses on the areas of Employment, Employment Training Services, Financial Education, Healthcare Awareness, Education & Training, Driver’s License Recovery, Insurance, Child Support Enforcement, Legal, Housing, Community/Human Services and Safety.
